We are an upscale, private, and fully equipped NFSM (Not For Sexual Misconduct) playspace located
in Fort Lauderdale. Our space is designed for professionals, couples, groups, and content creators
seeking a safe, luxurious environment for BDSM play, photography, or immersive experiences.
How does dungeon rental work?
Renting our dungeon is simple and discreet. All rentals require a 2-hour minimum booking ($400), with
each additional hour at $150. A $200 refundable security deposit and $75 cleaning fee are required to
secure your time. Payment can be made via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Once booked,
you’ll have exclusive use of the themed room(s) of your choice, complete privacy, and access to our
professional-grade equipment and furniture.
Do I need a membership to rent the dungeon?
Yes. A valid membership is required before renting. This ensures safety, discretion, and that all renters
respect our community guidelines. We reserve the right to deny rentals at our discretion.
What is included in my rental?
Exclusive use of the room(s) reserved • Full access to our NFSM play space, including professional
equipment • Private entry and discreet atmosphere • On-site support if needed Optional upgrades
include Pro-Dominatrix sessions, photography support, and after-hours rentals.
Can I book a Professional Dominatrix?
Absolutely. We proudly offer sessions with certified Professional Dominatrices for those seeking a
guided, immersive experience. Sessions start at $500+ per session, depending on style, duration, and
level of intensity. This option may be added to your rental for a complete luxury experience.
Do you offer after-hours rentals?
Yes. After-hours rentals are available between 8:00 pm ‒ 10:00 am Perfect for professionals, couples, and
producers seeking extended or late-night sessions.
Can I use the dungeon for photography or video shoots?
Yes. Our dungeon is a popular location for photographers, content creators, and producers.
Photography and video rentals are $100 per person being photographed or filmed. You are welcome to
bring your own makeup artist and photographer. If you are doing a video shoot, the same rate applies.
Professional staff can also be arranged upon request for additional support.
Can I reserve this space for a small party?
